WHICH HOUSE WILL I BE SINGING IN?

Senior Girls House:  You will sing in the Senior Girls House if you will be in the 9th through 12th grade this coming fall.

Junior/Intermediate Girls House:  You will sing in the Junior/Intermediate Girls House if you will be in the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade this coming fall.

Note: Although the girls’ singing Houses often align with their Proctor Groups (living groups), Intermediate and Junior Proctor Group ages adjust a year or two each way each summer depending on the number of girls who register in each age group for that year.

Teen Boys House:  You will sing in the Teen Boys House if you have changed voice and are registered as a chorister.  These are boys primarily in Junior and Senior High School.

Treble Boys House:  You will sing in the Treble Boys House if you are a boy who will be in the 4th grade or above this coming fall and whose voice has not changed by the time the course begins.

Note: Sometimes a younger boy’s voice changes early and, although he may be rooming with younger boys of his own age, he may actually be singing with the older boys. The reverse can also happen with an older boy’s voice that hasn’t fully changed by the time of the course.
